To register the first time, the new portal asks for a phone number to help protect our customer's information.  Do not use preceding zeros when entering your account number. 

To update the primary phone listed: email us at utility.billing@westfargond.gov or call  701-515-5015. 

Please include the name on the account and property address in emails.  Thank you!
